Subscription terms

Test version
Checkout is currently in test mode. No real payments are collected and no order for actual services is placed. These terms describe the intended service. The final terms and full publisher details will be published before commercial launch.
Your plan and add-ons
The summary shows your selected plan, its features, any add-ons and the total monthly amount. Your domain name and hosting are included. No extra can be added without your choice.
Monthly billing
Your subscription renews each month at the price and in the currency displayed when you place your order. VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. An invoice is available for every paid billing period. The first payment is collected when you subscribe.
Visual Identity
If selected, this add-on is billed monthly for a maximum of twelve payments. It is then automatically removed from billing. Your main plan and other add-ons continue.
Preparing your project
Once payment is confirmed, a questionnaire collects the information needed for your website. Your answers are saved and accessible through the personal link sent by email. Delivery times depend on receipt of a complete brief and the necessary materials.
Cancellation and billing
The “Manage my subscription” link in your account lets you view invoices, update your payment method and request cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already billed. To change your plan or add-ons, contact adrien@sybiosme.com.
Before commercial launch
The provisions covering website ownership, delivery guarantees, consumer rights, withdrawal rights and mediation must be finalized in the definitive terms. Contact: adrien@sybiosme.com.
