Data collected

• Call booking: name, email, chosen date and time. This information is sent to Google Calendar to arrange the call with Adrien and Agathe and create the Google Meet link.
• Contact form: email address and message content.
• Plan configuration: selected plan and add-ons.
• Subscription: name, email, company, billing address and optional business identifiers.
• Project preparation: questionnaire answers, progress and submission date.
• Payment details are collected directly by Stripe and are not stored by SYBIOSME.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to answer enquiries, prepare quotes and fulfil the subscription contract. The legal bases are consent for contact enquiries and performance of the contract for subscriptions.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@sybiosme.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Service providers

Stripe handles payments and invoices. Supabase hosts questionnaire answers in a dedicated project in the Paris region. Resend delivers transactional emails. Completed answers are also sent to adrien@sybiosme.com to prepare your website.

Cookies

The website uses cookies needed for payment and sign-in security. The order cookie lasts one day, the sign-in session up to thirty days, and your language preference one year. Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes. You can delete these cookies in your browser. Stripe uses technologies needed for payment security. SYBIOSME does not add advertising cookies.
